There was a little confusion on pricing at the beginning but we figured it out. The staff was great and the doctor was very thorough. I highly recommend going here for your optometry needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this Eye Clinic. I have been wearing glasses since I was a child, and started suffering from dry eye issues and really horrible eye strain in my late teens. fast forward to my mid twenties and my eyes got so bad I was in complete distress. I went to multiple eye clinics and no one had a solution for me. Finally, someone on Facebook recommended Trifecta to me and they seriously saved me. It has been almost a year now that I have been at this clinic seeing Dr. Chai and the treatment plan she has put me on has literally done physical improvements to my eye health. When I first came in, my eyeballs: 1. were covered in dry eye patches 2. had high inflammation in both eyes 3. my glands were deteriorating (which another clinic informed me about my glands deteriorating before I found trifecta and offered no solutions to help) 4. my lens focal point was completely wrong 5. I had a misalignment in my eyes that no other eye doctor checked for. 6. I had a vitamin A deficiency which I would not have known about if Dr Chai did not ask my doctor to test me for it. NOW.. Dry patches? completely gone. Inflammation? mostly gone. MDG? gone. Gland Atrophy? Halted. Lenses? perfection. I also seen a few reviews complain about their pricing which I find nuts because they are very on par with other clinics, even cheaper then other places I have been to. Their machines and testing is super advanced, and through conversation with the eye doctors I found out they do extensive research before bringing new things into the clinic because they want to make sure they are only providing the absolute best for their clients. Also when you start to have a high lens prescription like I do, focal point matters a lot, and this is the only clinic I have been to that has a machine to measure out your focal point AND they do hand measurements on top as a triple checker. So. If you're simply going in for a really easy quick checkup for a low eye prescription I can see how it can be easy to look at this place as any other eye clinic out there. But for someone like me who really needed the eye care, this place was the best thing that could have happened to my vision. 🙂

I was nervous coming here after my previous optometrist retired but I actually really enjoyed it here. The staff at the front are so friendly and helpful- they did a lot of comprehensive tests and gave me good advice for my dry eye. And my optometrist was super informative and helped me work out the best affordable option for my contacts. Give them a chance, I’m really happy with this place
